How would you get someone to.....hmm. I think you should think things through before you post. Anyway, try stencils. They don't involve drawings. Just cutting and spray paint.

the way to go is to cut cool stuff into the griptape, my brother had a zero(from when they were with tum yeto) and he cut the cool graphic on the bottom into the grip it ruled

Nah, I made a stencil and put it on my old Zoo York with vehicle spray. It was on the side of the deck, about 5cm long. Didn't affect the grip at all, because it wasn't some huge piece. That's what I'm talking about; not the whole thing heh.

theres a special type of spray for griptape. forgot what its called though.

Ive decided to place the misfit skull in the middle of the board but ive still got one problem how would i come about making a stencil

You get a stencil knife (or a surgical knife if you wanna go cheaper, but they're harder to get a hold of. I got one from a medical surgery i used to clean) and a stencil cutting board. The Misfits logo would be difficult because of all the curves, but just practise with the knife a bit and you'll get the hang of it.
