Help with board

I'm new to skateing and I wanted to know if anyone help with the "specifics" on the board im buying form blankdecks.com i need to know a god size for the deck, risers and wheels. and what the hardware i need.

Size Deck- try a 7.75to start out with and see if you like it.
Risers- 1/8
Wheels- Try some 53 or 52's or somethin.
Hardware- Doesn't really matter.
