Am i doing alright for a 12 year old.?

i have never been to this website before. i am asking if my board and tricks are good for a 12 year old: ME! Deck: Darkstar
Trucks: Tensor Mid
Wheels: Element
Bearings: Bones Reds
Griptape: Element BAM

these are the tricks i can do: Ollie, Kickflip, Almost land heelflip, Boardslide, So close to doing 50-50, Pop shuvit. Do you guys think im doing alright? :-12:

nice you got the same deck and trucks as me when I first started, and it depends how long you've been skating.

Nobody can tell you if a deck is right for you, thats something that you figure out on your own. 12 is like, 7th grade? If so then you're doing better than i was. I landed my 1st kickflip and really started skating in 7th grade. Keep it up and welcome to RR.

I'd have to agree with that. Some of the hardest shredders here in SoCal are little kids. Then there's the older guys like me. Age doesn't matter, it's how long you've skated and how much you skate.

Yea you know switch 5-0ing a 9 set handrail sucks for any team though right guys!?!??! no nyjah is really good, he has such a shitty style, but that gets better during the progression of skateboarding. also he is deffintally ready for pro status, i can name pros who shouldnt be pro.

Nyjah recently DID turn pro, he was on Twigs for SOOOOOOO long though...since he was 6... which is impressive, but JUST becasue Bam is on Element does that mke Nyjah a sell out, does he have to be put in the same taco as Bam?Even Bam is a good skater though, they have a sick team.. a REALLY sick team...!
