i don't think you realize there is no "easy & kool" editing software, People say vegas is easy, but the thing about that is that everyone who said this doesn't know how to use vegas to its full potential. kool isnt a word, but uh cool software, there is like cool software as in for different things such as titling and motion graphics software.
Some motion graphics software-Adobe After Effects 7, Combustion 3 or whatever discreet put out now, cinema 4d (yes this is used for motion graphics ALOT)
regular editing software that you're looking for depends on your computer platform, mac would be media 100, avid xpress, final cut pro, final cut express
windows would be premiere pro 2, vegas, avid xpress many more on that but no one talks about them.
