make sure you are winding up andonce you get about 90 push your pop foot around the other 990

ugh..now this blows. The new physical hazard website is partially done...and has a frontside 180 trick tip done..but I can't release it yet...so it really blows. These came pretty quick to me, but mine really sucked at first. I'd like jump back about 3 ft...and barely rotate. I think that the trick is to focus on turning your upper body, while ollieing. Don't worry so much about making your legs rotate or anything...just ollie, and try to make your upper body do a 180..and the lower has to follow.

When you get them smoother...then worry about sucking your legs up for air...it gets a bit tricky, but sheesh...you'll have sweet 180's bro. Good luck.

To add to those tips^, make sure you are jumping with the board, and your feet stay with it.:)

okay, thanx for the help. i'll use the tips when i can. me and my two friends had one deck between us, and one of them snapped it boardsliding. but my 180's were getting smoother. :D
