Just buy a blank at first, then later as you progress in skateboarding skate different boards 'till you find the one that just feels right. Zoo York for life!

go to blankdecks.com- I would reccomend a standard canadian blank, with independent trucks, 54 mm blank wheels in white, bones reds, shortys hardware, and jessup griptape. Also get risers if you feel you want them. 1/8th inch.

I dont like blank decks, they feel weird and I brok mine too easily, and they are heavy. I dont like em at all.

You do realise there are lots of types of blank decks, not just one, you can't say you don't like blank decks because yours was bad.

I never said I had one, ive had freinds with blank decks and they snapped.
and I just like the thought that my board is a certain brand.

Get what ever you want. Blanks are cheap though.

If you wont to get a really cheap setup just get one of the £14 from any shop and see if you like skating. You might not think that skating is your thing and you have ended up spending quite a bit of money.
