Thanks. The Jay-Z isn't a stencil, it's freehand. The font from the first one is "Honey I Stole Your Jumper". The actual drawing was sent through a printer to apply the lines of text.

I got the idea from a skate magazine I saw where this guy was skating in a "No-Skater" zone. See how, in the picture, it says "No skating" yet it has a bowl and flat land...how it's an ideal place to skate? The day I drew it, I'd been kicked out of this apartment building car park that had all these awesome ledges in it...basically, what I'm saying in the picture is, all the places I can't skate are ideal to skate.
Nothing ever implied that it was a skate park.

It's a style of drawing; originated from Asia. You know stuff like Dragonball Z, Sailor Moon, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Gundam Wing, Gundam Seed, Full Metal Alchemist...the list goes on.

*Sigh* The English reference to manga makes it a style. It's like how there are many different denominations of Christianity, (Anglican, Catholic, Pentecostal, Adventist etc) but if someone asked you if you were a Christian, you'd say 'yes' (if you are).

Manga IS a style of drawing, and there are many different styles within manga. So yes, it is a style.

Kake: Nah, anime and manga are different. Manga is the comic version (usually in black and white, and in a more intricate, detailed style) and anime (short for animation) is the animated characters you'd see on TV.

It's part of a design I'm doing for t-shirts for my Cell Group. We're making shirts, haha, and I was allocated the design process. This is just a teeny part of a large design, but it took ages. I thought I'd stuffed it 3/4 of the way through, but it turned out pretty good. Gool 'ole Photoshop.

I found some highlighters around the dorm one day and decided to do some color, I did this a few months ago, I just forgot to post it. And the second deserves a spot too, sharpies on a blank. The deck is destroyed, both of the kingpins broke on the ventures, and the bearings locked up. But it looked good for a day.

Errrrr most often, yes. But I do try different styles and things. But if I do stick to that method, then every single thing is on a different layer.

HAH yeah my butterfly...I was so lazy, and I needed to have the design (the whole thing, not just the butterfly haha...I'm composing it of a lot of different drawings) finished by tonight so I kinda rushed him...he took about 30 minutes. If you look closely, I've actually done a really bodgy job, HA.

The quote means "I'm not in politics" in Haitian. The point is that in Haiti and Hawaii, the beaches are becoming more and more trash-strewn, partly by tourists, but mostly by fishing vessels that discard their trash overboard, which washes ashore. Maybe people should be more into politics in the Pacific Islands, especially when the problem is their own fishing trades, and not tourists like most natives like to claim.

P.S: The dug-out looking part on the left is a crab's nest, which happened to be nestled amongst the rubbish.

I mirror I did. Fight. Messed up on the decks. I still like it. I drew it on a piece of paper then I Put it over this sticky stuff over the mirror. I traced my drawing onto the mirror and cut pieces out. I then used this stuff on it. She said it is kinda like acid that just eats at the mirror. Didnt look too bad when I finished.

This is the same thing. I traced that one above onto a board. Then I relized I didnt have enough time to paint it all bc the year was almost up. Im alot better at painting. Im working on a painting at school now. Ill try to get it on here when done.

Some good stuff up there; just a tip: when you're taking photos of glass, you want natural light, and you want the angle specific. That way you have no shitty flash reflection, or sunlight reflection in the pane. It's just annoying because you can see all the fingerprints and such.

^^ Flash rocks because it uses vector art instead of pixels; so no matter how much you change the resolution of the image, it doesn't lose quality.
