they're cheap, if you don't have access to a good board or can't afford it they will be fine for a beginner. About last year while I was getting out of skating because I broke a board and didn't feel like driving to a shop or ordering one I rode one for a couple weeks-after it broke I quit for a good month.

WI against Habitat...
Put it this way: WI is six freaking feet under. Habitat kicks the CRAP out of WI a billion times over.

They blow, but I guess many *****s think the graphics look cool or something because I know a good bunch who have them.

crap. 1/10. the only reason they even get a 1 is because its still possible to skate them, so you have to at least give them that.

The cheap piece of crap broke in two places. It wasn't clean it broke with the grain, split the plys and such. Cheap wood. It was so weak the tail broke off. I can't even find it. The thing sucked.

That wangster is Chad Fernandez, who happens to be an actual professional skateboarder sponsored by World Industries.

Personally I would never get a WI board after all the reviews off this and the graphics look so babyish.

I don't understand why you guys call people with WI's *****ish, most of them don't care about graphics at all especially if their riding a WI because those are the worst graphics I've ever seen.

Heh, I don't hate them because of graphics, and I got nothing against people who ride them, but I hate the deck/company. Cheap crap.

they already feel water logged when you buy them
FireFreek

I think they pre-water logg them.. And flash freeze them so they are all brittle.

I own a World and they do suck I use to think danm they are the best decks. when I'm doing tricks on my world I suck but when I use my friend's element I'm better. I can ollie higher. N owonder when I bought it, I asked for Indepent trucks and some other stuff ( can't remember what wheels I wanted), but the guy gave me world everything. Oh I was wondering if I could get a Element deck and ask them to put my trucks and wheels from my world deck on it?

ive got a REALLY cheap wi board which i bought to practice my boardslides. I drill holes in differently in the board so when u roll its like u always do a boardslide. Though it s awaist of a board but it owns. but when u lean and lean forward it just can slide from under you.

Where are you in WV? i'm in morgantown.
I started off with one of those, I remember it being extremely flat with no pop. And the grip wore down really fast too.
