It all depeneds on how long you have been skating, if you have been skating for a few months 10/10, but if you have been skating for a few years 2/10.

I'll be honest.

I actually started years back, gave up after failing at kickflips, and yet about maybe....3 months ago, decided, well my legs are longer now *was wicked short*, and my ankle is healed, why not see if I can do anything. Sure enuff , over the months of nonestop skatin' with my friends, that's what I've done. I realy suck at Grabs and Grinds, but manuals and flip tricks I find incredibly easy.

Your pretty good, you learned fast from re-starting. The only problem with these threads are people lie, then raters call them liars, it makes a mess. So dont be to surprised if this thread is closed.

I relay suck vert tho, with street...theres plenty of room to move around, nothing in your way...I like street alot more. With vert, I feel contained, and like I'm just going back in forth. I don't know why, but I don't feel like that in a bowl though. :\

you have good style but im almost pro the grinds not bad and not good but that dosn't mater. you got to work on flips and stalls cuz your just not cutting it. you got to go big and get some grabs in and about your setup get new griptape jessup it flips faster and great grip and the bearings get some ninja or some venom speed metel. there are better boards just find an almost 10 stair it just stays with the trick and if you have been skating for a while then you suck but if skating for a short time **** your doin good

Get RocknRons berings, if your buying online. Dont get a Flip, FIGHT! or Popwar are better choices. Or, you can look into the Resin-V, Blinds, and let us know how they skate. Wheel wise, Ricatas ****ing rock, worth the extra money for wheels. I've also heard Hubba wheels are nice. Get Thunder Trucks, althought changing the kingpin is a bitch. Indys are nice, but i found them heavy. But weight doesn't really matter.

Get rid of those crap bearings, and that's an amazing set-up. But yeah, the Birdhouse boards are usually more vert-oriented and you said you hated vert.

True. But I bought the actual deck when I was around 13...About 3 years ago before I thought I'd get serious. Now that I actualy skate alot, I know these things lol. What are some good for street ones? I'm thinking of getting one of the following sometime: FIGHT!,AWS,Popwar,Flip,or Habitat..

Instead of Bones Swiss Ceramics, get RocknRon's Ceramic Rockets. They're faster, stronger, more resistant to dirt, and cheaper.

All great decks, but Flip is the weakest in there. Go with Krux, Thunder, or Indy Stage 9's, Rictas or Spitfires, and then Rockn'Rons or Bones. For cheap bearings, Bones Reds are good.

Ah. I personally haven't skated Flip, but my friend does alot, and he says there pretty good. Either way. I still need some more money for this all haha.
