It depends really, my friend skate with busted bushings, it affects them but not too much, unless you want tight trucks.
[EDIT] Although for the price of them, it would be easier to just buy some new ones.

yea i bought some new ones today, but i bought the same exact ones. you think theyre just gonna bust again?

nah you should be ok with the new ones, as long as your not tightening the trucking way too much. a little tip - if you can't turn the trucks by leaning normally just by riding then they're probably too tight. unless maybe theres something sticking out on the hanger of your truck that is cutting into the bushings.
