Heya guys, I've been hearing things about Gullwing trucks, old skewl goodies. Anyone ever seen/skated a pair? I hear they're pretty mellow.

Yeah, i had a pair they were kinda bizarre for the day. I remember the bushings were super soft. I used them more for bombing down my driveway on my longboard and down the hill in front of my house. Not as good in the parks and ramps I preferred my Trackers over them.

I got a pair in the 80's and all I can remember is that they were very heavy!

Those Gullwings in the picture are not like the normal Gullwings that most guys rode. Those are the slalom type Gullwings.
The Gullwings from back int he day were all right. They turn simialr to Trackers, but they were usually heavy. And I always hated the king pin getting caught up on the coping because of the groove in the hanger.
Lots of guys rocked them though.

Gullwing were alright trucks, I had a pair way back. They were a little heavy and hung up easilly. They had some sick riders though.
