Element's and Almost decks suck. Also, buy the other parts seperately. Here's what I recommend:
Trucks: Thunder or Krux
Wheels: blankdecks.com 99a 51-54mm
Bearings: Bones Reds or RocknRon's Rockets for the fastest steel bearings that are still affordable.
Hardware: Doesn't matter, Shortys are pretty strong though.

almosts and elements dont suck. i said they have lots of pop and that part is true unless you dont know how to skate. and they have lasted a long time.
