tracker trucks

tracker has been around ever since indipendent truck co launched their first trucks. wondering how many people ride on old trackers. i have a pair on my shelf collecting dust mainly because i would snap them doing the stuff i do.
old or new ones???

Tracker aren't related to Indys... Indy copied them.

I like them a lot.

I ride the new Trackers myself and I like them better than Indys. If you have an old set I say mount them up and ride them. Skate gear was meant to be riddent, not collecting dust on a shelf. You might have to drill them for the new school bolt pattern though, but that only takes a couple minutes.

Can you tell I'm not much of a collector?

Trackers are great trucks, personally I like the way Indys turn better but Tracker has always put out a good product. I'm like Dom, I'm not a collector, I'm a user. Mount 'em up and ride 'em.

are you guys talking about the trackers with the plastic baseplates? I never liked those, always like 100% metal trucks. You guys remember Gullwing? remember those alien looking flourecent ones they had in the 80's? those things were crazy looking...

I had a set of neon pink Gullwing Pro IIIs. Not bad, but they were kind of heavy. Tracker makes a truck with a geometry similar to Indys called Axis. They ride pretty nice. I still prefer the Darts though.

I road Trackers in the day...not much else back then except Bennet (had the platic base plate) and a few others. I dont' recall when Indy came out. My friend i used to skate with back then remembers wanting a set. I ride Indys now because i couldn't find any Trackers around here, I did some research and most preferred the Indys to Trackers and the local shop had Indys. No complaints.

You guys hear ol' Mr.Bennet's gonna re-issue the Pro's and Vectors? Vector II's this summer. Alligator wheels aswell. Yay.
