has anyone seen this thing, supposably in the next ipod, the hole front part is going to be a screen, and the wheel is going to be digital now, whenever you touch the screen it appears, not sure it this is a real picture but this is what is might look like, theres also some extra info

it's VERY not a real picture. It's not even a good photoshop, but it's only meant as fan made concept art
As for the idea, I honestly doubt apple is ready to make that step for the iPod. And a touch screen that large is just asking to get cracked, and i don't know what kind of case they could make that would let you both use the touchscreen and protect it at the same time
In any case, everything about the next iPod is just rumors, as apple has said nothing at all about the next generation

There is alot better mp3 players than ipods. I have a Creative Zen Vision M. 30 Gig and 17 hours of batter. Plays music, video, photos, and voice recorder. It is only 200 bucks. Its just like the Zune but alot cheaper.

Same here. I had a San Disk Sansa I really loved it. I think you'll like any mp3 player that you get really. As long as it's simple to work and functions properly. iPods are more popular so that's why people like iPods. But I think when they say it's better than other stuff they need to try both things they're comparing.
