even if you dont have editing stuff for your computer, you can still make a decent skate video with just a vcr, cd player, and video camera.

all you have to do is:

1. hook up your camera to the vcr
2. push the record button on your vcr then quickly hit pause (this will make the vcr begin recording MUCH quicker)
3. get to the first scene/trick you want in the video, start to play it a little before what you want to record, when it gets to where you want to start, press pause again to start recording and press pause again to stop, repeat for all of the tricks/scenes
4. record the whole video back on to the camera
5. blug and audio cable for the cd player in to the empty audio jack and put in a cd with the songs you want in the video (this should also work with a tape player) and play the songs while you record the video back on to the vcr (you might want to use a new tape here so you can keep the copy with no music so you can make changes later)

hope this helps some people that dont have editing stuff for their computer :D

Good suggestion. Keep in mind trying to edit this will be a pain and you don't have any real way to cut off or start a clip where you really want to...

Considering you do have a computer to be ble to post on Ramprage :D I would just check out download.com and look into video editing software. All you need is a capture card, which is under $100 Canadian, and then you're set.

That's a great suggestion.:)

I might do that if I want to make a video when I'm still broke. Because I don't really have enough money for a capture card.

The thing about that is that you cant put things on the screen (captions for example).
Just tricks and stuff.
Its annoyin like i said it takes AGES to do. By the time you've finished, you'll be sick of your film LOL
