the first and last time im gunna ask about cameras

wow this is acward....
well i have a kenko digital fisheye lens its pretty good i guess but its wierd when i put in on my samsung the fishsye is off center and i dont know how to fix it wiht out doing the ducttape method.. and im getting my jvc gr800 tommarrow but that has a 38 mm lense and the kenko is 37 so should i get a step down ring or what?? help me wiht ether of the questions thanks :-2:

you should read your second to last sentence over and over again then subtract 38 and 37, and you get 1mm! so! go get a step up.
