hey im workin on the heelflip and i cant land on the board!! i get the whole flip almost every time but land in front of the board. HELP!!!! :-11:

Keep your shoulders straight, above the board. Dont lean forward or back. That should do it!

To elaborate on the tips above, the best way I find to land squarely on the board is to focus on keeping your back straight. You can bend down obviously, and look at your feet, but keep that back as straight as possible when bending..use your legs to bend. When you jump, jump vertical, and you should be good. Practice is a huge part but the "keeping your back straight" tip seems to fix the majority of people's heelflip problems if done properly. Good luck bro.

Lift your knees up, make sure your ollie and that your not just lifting the nose up and flicking.

so your having trouble with heelflip r u? okay heres the thing you wanna do. put your front foot near the top bolts of the board with ONLY the heel on your board with the rest of your foot hanging off the board. your back foot should be flat on the tail just as you would for a shuvit. pop the board and push the board straight down with your heel with your front foot. then land it.
