Let him skate what he wants. Don't be dicks about it. Not sure about thier shoes. Some look like the would hold up, but I'm not sure how they would skate and feel. If you like your setup stick with it. But for your nextboard, let me suggest krooked. They are amazing. If you decide not to get The element shoes, try out Some éS, fallen, circa, or lakai. Cheers.

If nothing else, the Elements look horrible, I havent actually skated in them, but I wear my shoes outside of skating.

I'd say look to Fallen, Globe, or Adio for a new pair.

They're quite nice actually, and look quite durable lookin at them, only thing is they haven't got any protection on the laces and them laces look quite exposed, although still could be ok. The white and green ones look the best IMO.

The columbias look a lot like accels and I'm pretty sure the element shoes are more expensive than most éS. Im not sure, maybe they are better than accels. I say no though, go buy accels.

Go for it. And about the element thing if you like them then ignore everyone else... I personally dont like the decks because of their shape. It just doesnt feel right to me. They also seem to break alot. But go for it if it works for you. The shoes looks nice as well. I love the looks of the brown. Its a nice shoe even if you arent going to skate it.

They dont look durable at all

I looked in the section for "power skaters (fire) " and it was only SINGLE STITCH and they said that section is "most durable"

I break one thing of stitches in a single ollie

And no they dont have the special sealing like the reynold 3's to hold them together the stitch is actually whats holding them together!!!

Just because element boards suck dont mean that their other products are crap. The shoes could be really good. And heck i ride a element deck and i use element wax but its like only 1 dollar at our sk8shop anyways

And by the way, the only part of my setup that has anything to do with element are the trucks, and they are destructo.

In the 1 year and 3 months that I've been on RampRage, I've only called a total of 2 people poseurs. I don't use the word often.

Which other shoe brands did you try?
