My board turned square because it was a piece of crap and I kept doing pogos on it. Never do pogos. They'll screw up your board.

When they loose their pop they often tend to turn a bright shade of magenta. You will be ollieng and look down and bam your board completly changes color.

I think that's what he meant because that's what happened to my old board. That happens even faster if your board gets really wet. I know.

Yeah I did get my World wet a couple times but when I get my new deck I'll take good care of it.

I've noticed the more layers of wood you can see when the tail starts going sharp is usually how much pop you're losing, if you can see all the layers it's about time to get a new deck.

But in about a month, depending on how much you skate, you can see all of the layers. I've had my board for about 2 months and I can see all of the layers. The pop is still good though.

Yeah okay on my world I was able to see all the layers of wood.

I'm not tryin to be like smurf but World Industries probably had almost no pop to begin with. How long have you had the board anyway?

ROFL i was joking! your board doesnt change color... o_O
But there is no way to tell by looking at it. And it doesnt just happen all at once. Over time the board is weekened and gets broken in and loses the pop it came with. And I have a WI, Its my only board, and i dont see anything wrong with it.. its not the best but untill i get a habitat its good enough. I can ollie a foot up which is all i need for now and i can ride around doing whatever.

How does a deck actually have no pop, I don't get it. A brand new deck having no pop don't get it.
