Now i got the back side flip working to some extent but i have trouble doing the spin to were im catching the board with good balance, and another thing i just do it like im going to do a varial kickflip and i through my body to spin with it, wondering if that was right or wrong... and another thing is for front side flips i land them about half the time, but ussually i stop insted of me keeping going i guess be cause i land a little sideways or dont have enough speed, so wut can i do about that and, im tryin to 360 flip i have the flip down but i can never land it im always infront of the board..... anyone help thanx for the last help i poping harder took me over my 1" grind rail thanx alot......

i wouldn't do them like a varial flip. do them just like a bs flip and add the kickflip. just kinda swing your shoulders around and flick your front foot. there isn't too much to them they just take alittle practice.
fs flips make sure to swing your shoulders to get the rest of that spin. put your back foot more towards your heelside. and then sometimes i think of swinging my front foot around in like a half circle almost kicking it in back of you to help it swing the board around.
for 360 flips you need to kick the board in front of you. so while your popping the tail to the side you also have to try to pop it in front of you so that the board will stay under you. its sort of a flick with your back foot.
