I found these prices at CCS (http://ccs.com)
Decks: Popwar, AWS, Fight!, Habitat, or Zoo york are good. $40-$60
Wheels: Spitfire. $20-$30
Trucks: Independent Stage 9. $30-$40
Bearings: Red Bones. $20

Deck - $40-50 (Popwar, Alien Workshop, Real)
Wheels - $10-15 (blank, Spitfire)
Trucks - $35-40 (Thunder, Krux)
Bearings - $20-30 (RocknRon's Rockets)
Grip tape - $3-5 (Jessup)
Hardware - $3 (Shortys)
Shoes - $30-50 (Most shoes. Es Accels are recommended.)

That's how much you should be paying. Buy all of your parts online for the cheapest price.

Wow, I never really noticed before but you Americans get things quite cheap, like say if a deck costs you $45 (you said between 40-50 so 45 is middle) If I got the money converted it would only cost £25, when decks over here are £35 at the very least...

But anyway back on topic, for the whole setup and shoes you should be looking at around $100-110 for all entry level stuff, then about $120-140 for half decent stuff, then about $150 and higher should get you some good 'equipment' ^.^

I search Google. I've bought Es Accel Pluses for $30 before.
