i'm fairly new to 360 flips and whenever i try one i land with my feet close together on the nose, not being able to roll away, like all the way on the nose nothing in the middle or tail. what am i doing wrong and how can i fix it?

my front foot is in a pointy-like kickflip position(stefan janoski, lol) and my back foot is just a little bit above the concave with my toes hanging off a little, and i'm goofy.

also, sometimes when i try a 360 flip like a thin slice of my nose(at the side) chips off(on the bottom of my board, not grip)

could it be my board setup? i have a blank deck(they're pretty good) and randel griptape(came with the decks, i bought a 10 package) i guess the grip is ok, but it doesnt have as much grip as black magic if you know what i mean.

2 things...Move you back foot onto the board a bit more and as you pop lean back once you feel the pop of the board..

ok thanks. when i say my foot is off the board a little i mean like just my toes. i'm gonna try that leaning back

i'm starting to think it's not even my position, because i just watched stefan janoski 360 flips from "show me the way" and my back foot is exactly where his is, and i just need to put more of my foot on the board, and jump higher(i've seen it 100's of times idk why i notice this know). when i try tre-flips its like im so anxious to spin it around i dont even jump.
