Okay so stupid ass F/S heels are bugging me. I can get 90 degrees 50% of the time. 40% of the time i'll get about 10 degrees short of a 180.. I'm turning with my shoulders but my body can't seem to figure out how to get a smooth flick and a good spin at the same time? Anyone else ever had this problem? I know it's quite common with regular F/S flips but for some reason I never had it, was really straight foward and easy but for some reason its the opposite with heels. =(

u should have ur fs 180s down and ur heeflips down then combine them

*sigh* doesn't help. I have perfect F/S 180s and i'm dominant with heelflips Yet., I can F/S flip (kflip) and not F/S heel.

you probably need more hang time. try it on a step up or bank or sumthing
