Practice riding goofy, and lean on the foot that is in front when you land.

yeah practice riding switch, practice your 180s, stay centered over your board and absorb the landing.

he'd save a head injury? plus, i wear a helmet so it's less scary for trying things. i don't need to worry about hitting my head.

He needs help on landing 180s, not protecting his head, and his problem isn't from being scared.

He looks like he has a wallmart deck :p . When I 180 sets, i usually ollie as far and high as i can then start the 180. Its weird but its easier for me. And helps me with the landing

there's nothing wrong with wearing a helmet so stop acting like ass holes. 3 stairs can seem scary at first but once you realize that you could chuck your self off a 3 stair and it'd hurt the same as if you were on flat ground you get over it.

Anyways what I suggest is you learn to get a high 180, like once where you got lots of pop, then try olleing and then turning the 180 off a curb or something. Just keep at it.
