I landed my first Nollie heel by fluke today. I was just messing around seeing how to flick and all and I actually landed it. But I've got a couple questions. How much should I let the board pop before I flick? I want to catch it with my front foot (the popping foot), correct? And last of all should I give it a nice easy flick or should I really drag my foot all the way to the tail and then flick? That tends to make me catch them higher and cleaner but I just want to learn them quickly. Cheers.

Well what I mean is my back foot touches the board virst, then immediately my second foot follows so it looks like both feet are catching it.
