k i've heard people talking bout them and how to and stuff but i still haven't got the gist of wat a hardflip actually is could anyone explain it or post a site that has a movie of it or something :confused:

It's the same thing. The pros make it look like a half back-flip and half kickflip, but for us mortals, a f/s shuv-it kickflip is a hardflip.

OK A hardflip is like a frontside shuvit with a kikflip thats it like if u were doing a frontside flip wihtout the 180 i should know i just learned both of em :)

with a variel flip the board spins away from u wiht a kikflip in it... with a hardflip the board spins toward u with a kikflip in it.. it looks like a bakflip orwatever becuz u have to pop it so hard.. i no i can do themm.. i learned em from a friend and the trik tips at the skateboarding site.. heres the link

ok guys, im going to set this straight.

A hardflip is both, you can do them either way, it'll look similair.

in order for you to do a pop shuvit and still flip the board to do a kickflip you must have board at least semi vertical in order to get your front foot out of the way in time for it to spin.

Either one can be called a hardflip because they are basically the same thing, continue bickering and you will be warned and this thread will be closed. And to the other moderators, i let your warnings stand, now let mine.

Actually, Punkrock is under a semi-amount of stress from school, work, ect.

Hullo, wasn't it just the other day we were complimenting you on how helpful you've been lately, and now you have to say something like that.

Matty-Himself, if we let this thread go on for much longer, it has a potential to have arguements, then fighting, ect. Personally, I would've done the same thing, but let it go a tiny bit longer. But Punkrock used his own judgement, which Ramprage relies on him about. It is his judgement and his alone. If you don't like it, then PM him about it.
