Yeah,

Practice nose manuals on the ground first. Master them for at least 10 feet before you try it on boxes or ledges.

Remember to keep ALL your weight on your nose. You'll be able to control it better then a tail manual.

To get out give it a little nudge foward so your tail doesn't slap the end of the prop your skating.

These are a huge step foward and may take you a while to learn, but they are awesome :-D.

learn nose manuals decent first. find small curb, ollie up and lean forward into nose manual. on smaller stuff i tend to put my front foot a little closer to the nose because then when i pop a smaller ollie my foot still gets right into that little curve between the nose and board, for bigger manual pads i put my foot alittle further back, no more than an inch or two tho. learning ollie to manuals is a good thing to have seeing as its alittle easier. they just mostly take time and practice to get the landing into them and get the nose manuals good.

then do them like this, and put it in a line to make it look cooler.

well get a decent speed. ollie and make sure both feet are on board....not just front foot. but put your wieght on your front foot. then put most of your wiegh on your front foot. as soon as you hit the ground try to fix the balance with your back foot. the rest depends how good you are on manualing
