I bought my camera on eBay and the bloke I bought from didn't include the charger, even though he said he would. I e'mailed him about 3 days ago and he hasn't replied so it looks like I'm either going to have to buy a chager or wait. So this is why i ask:
Can I use the power input on my new camera to charge the battery? Because the camera has an 8.4v input and above the 'Power' LED it has another LED labelled 'Charge'. I'm guessing I can put the battery on, plug the camera into mains and charge up the battery.
Is this right? Or am I saying something incredibly stupid?
