Ok I was watching some videos of me ollieng and comparing them to other peoples vids, when I noticed that my board doesent angle like the 75-80 degree angle most people get, mine was maybe only getting like barely 60 degrees, anyways to fix this, am I possbily dragging to soon or something?

You mean it doesn't level out all the way, or are you talking about the pop?

no he means that he levels the board out to soon, maybe not letting it get to its highest potential.. is this thread suppose to go anywhere, cuz your not really asking anyone if this has happend to them before or if you needed any help cuz ya sort of gave yourself the solution

Notice in this pic, the angle the guys board is at? Its at what a 70 degree angle, give or take a little? Well when im sliding MY foot up the board its maybe like a 50 degree angle, not even 60 like I said in my first post, am I sliding my foot up to early, or what? Is it just cause hes been skating for years and years?

You're dragging your feet too early, not popping hard enough, or your board doesn't have enough pop to get that high.

LOL! I figured it out. I dont have enough pop, damn element.
EDIT: My board is also on the verge of razortail. so yea! Cause I pop incredibly hard, especally since I used to do kickboxing.

don't blame it on the board. you just need practice.

then get a new board, so what, it happens. and if you think about it then your angle should actually be increased because the board has to travell farther for the tail to hit the ground, unless your not waiting for the tail to hit, then just make sure it does.

I don't even care about the angle lol. All you need to do is jump as high as you can to ollie high, I don't even know if a high angle helps you get higher...

It does. You can level out more, making the board go higher.

If you also look in the picture his foot is as far up as you can get. You just need to practice or buy a new board.
