360 flip

Hey I am now trying to learn a 360 flip, I know nothing about it...I guess there might be some place on the site with a guide, can someone refer me to a DETAILED guide or lay one down.thanks

I have been trying it for a couple hours, the spinning of the board is easy but the landing is rather tricky, my feet seem to go in opposite directions during the spin and I cant bring them back fast enough to land it

ive been trying for a month and i am happy to say ive improved since i started, but still have to work on my landing, i always land directly on the nose, and i cant just land with my feet spread apart, close to the bolts. help?

maybe you should have tried a search on this topic in the trick section which can tell you cuz my fingers are tired

it seems nobody on RR has my problem, in the threads i've seen, or people know this is a common problem and know what i have to do but their fingers are tired.. de ja vu?
