Tabletops, or flatties are my favorite trick to do. It's a lot easier to do them on hips than it is on regular ramps or dirt jumps. Just go fast and get air, but here's the hard part: in the air, pull up and to the side with your legs while pusing the bars down to the other side. This will get you a little bit flat, but just stay loose and the bike will do the work.
