It depends. If your REALLY into it, then yes. If not, no, just keep it.

Thanks. I just went to SkateAmerica.com and did Board Builder. Would this be a good setup?

Yeah, don't buy from Skate America, and here is all you need:
Deck: Popwar, Alien Workshop, or Real
Wheels: Spitfire, Ricta, or www.blankdecks.com
Trucks: Thunder, Krux, or Independent
Bearings: Toy Machine T-sects or Bones Reds
Hardware: Shortys
Don't need risers.
Grip tape: Jessup
You don't need anything else, and don't buy from other brands unless they're highly recommended by a lot of people from this website. Skate tools are only needed if you don't have wrenches or screwdrivers in your garage.

Thanks for the setup smurf. One last question. Would that setup be good for beginners like me? Because i cant even ollie yet in stationary position.

Learn to ollie before you get another deck, and don't practice it stationary.

never buy from skate america. they are horrible.

i would go to blankdecks.com and get a cheap complete. quality stuff for a really good price. its great if youre a beginner, because you get something decent, but you dont have to spend too much money on a pro board/graphics/etc.

Yeah blankdecks.com is a great site to go to and get a quality complete for lower price if u dont really have the funds or u dont know if your gonna get serious about skating. I think you can get a complete from there for like 49.99, 79.99, and 99.99 thats where u can change everything tho like the trucks, bearings, etc

If you have $100 to spend, buying a complete from blankdecks.com isn't a good idea.

Get a habitat or alienworkshop for a deck and krux trucks. As far as wheels my favorite are ricta and for bearrings everyone reccomends toy machine T-sects. And by the way im not just telling you what everyone else says ive ridden all of this and a ton of other brands and i like this the best.

I was just out for like, 3 hours trying to ollie in stationary. I just about have it down, but i need more air. I watched Sportskool on Demand for ollie help. Didnt help much. Plus, a small piece of my board, like, completely chipped off. Anyways, thanks for that website, im gonna go check it out now.

You don't get air from ollieing. You're basically jumping and sucking your legs up really high.
