Hey Sup Everyone,

So after a 2 year hiatius from skating, I wanna get back into it. Before I stopped, I had been skating for 4 years. And now that I look back, those were some of the best years of my life. So now I need a new setup because my old one is trashed. When I skated, I usually rolled on Zero or Element Decks, Swiss bearings, Tensor trucks, and shorty's hardware. Because they have been so many changes in skate technology, which decks are better, DGK or Zoo York? I love those Graff graphics and I've heard good things about DGK. Are Tensor trucks still as good as they used to be? They used to be the best but has anything changed? So after that, any comments?

Thanks in advance.

Well I've never skated any of the decks you mentioned but I've heard good things about both DGK and Zoo York so I'd say just get whichever you like best.. And yes Tensor trucks are pretty good, quite light and sturdy. Although I don't know how they used to be, that was before my time ^_^

I've heard better things about Venture than Tensor, they're really really light if you're into that.

tensor was never best, trust me. thunder, krux, and indy are pretty much best.

and.. a couple years ago, element was still crappy, and zero wasnt so great either. if youd skated back when zero was on tum yeto, though, they were good.

best bets on decks are deluxe (real, krooked, anti hero), tum yeto (foundation, toy machine, pig), DNA (habitat, alien workshop), and kayo (dgk, organika, expedition)

Thanks for the info.

I actually liked my element and Tensor trucks. And when I did skate, Zero was on Tum Yeto. Why did they leave?
