Pop shuvit help, need badly

i can never land them it's weird, alot of times i catch it to high and it spins like a kickflip how do i keep it low to the ground.

don't pop it as hard, it won't go as high, and always pull your back foot up and put it on the board. that's the problem i usually have

yeah, it doesn't take a lot to spin a 180, just let it go slowly and smoothly and you should be able to land it at least 30% of the time.

Yeah also make sure you try to keep it under you or follow the board when you make the pop so you stay on top of it

kinda funny im tryin to do em high and am having the same problem as skater 4 life, but i learned that i just gotta try not to slam down on the board but to just catch it and land...try to do them by barely ollieng first.Thats how i learned

just shove it back like your wiping some crap off your foot, and wipe more than pop, then it will be lower.

it seems like i never actually pop it to the ground, 4 some reason i kick it out and it raises but that dosen't count as a pop shuvit, so what should i do now.

Try to ollie and when you're leveling out pus the board around with both your feet then catch it and land.

right step by step of how i do them!!!!!! :D

1. set up your feet in the normal ollie postion
2. ollie and whip ure BACK foot around which ever way you want the board 2 spin, while you are doing this raise your FRONT foot off the board
3. stay above the board untill it does the whole 180/360/540/720/900 (lol.. damn your good @ them)
4. place your FRONT Foot on the board and then your BACK foot on the board and bend your knees to absorb shock/whteva
5. try it pout higher and further :D:D:D

yeah, don't want to waste your board in the rain, so do it in your house in your room or something. Geez I haven't posted for a long time now.

i can do them in carpet and grass that's why i'm a little tweaked at myself, and thats why i started this post.
