the z boys wore vans authentics, actually. i have a pair, too.
and i meant the kid was wearing the etnies, not the old guy.

Some nice pics in their, i've seen the older Dogtown movie, the documentary one. It made skateboarding seem a lot more and fun and laid back, then modern skating is.

actually i know the z boys, they were a team from zephyr surfboard shop. but then
the owner (wihich i forget the name of the guys name) was putting together a skateboard team and stacy peralta, tony alva, and jay adams were all on the team.
so i do know some things about um "jay adams"

^i know you were just pointing out your opinion, but it was kinda harsh on the guy. I mean a lot the stuff a see on here is utter bollocks but i dont say it out loud ;),

Right, people need to realise that old school skating is not unknown, it is very much apart of skateboarding now.
