bad injury

heya this is just me cus im like bored but yeah i had a rather bad injury like 3 weeks ago .. i was trying to kickflip down 7stairs but fuked up and cought the board in primo and my front foot was on side of board so when i landed i landed RIGHT on my ankle ... i dunno about u guys but it fuking hurt ... right after i did it
i couldent walk .. as i looked down i see it all swallen like a tennis ball was stuck on the side of it .. 3 weeks later .. its still swallen and it still hurts * not as much* but yeah ... BUt im back into it ,, gotta stay commited... kids take skatin seriosly !!

Sounds like you just sprained or twisted it. I've done it many a time. Usually goes after about 2-5 weeks.

Apart from my knee, my ankle is the most commonly injured part of my body. Don't worry, it'll heal. Just don't push it and get into it too early. Remember what happened to Ben Gauci...

My knee's are pretty messed up, i got aushgood slatus (dunno how to spell it) but its where the ligiment grows faster then the bone or somthing and yeh it realy hurts but its seem to have gone down a bit but if i hit the lump it causes it still hurts a hella lot, and my knee's pretty much always click when i get up or squat or watever

oh man dude that sucks. i did the exact same thing sunday tryin to kickflip an 8, luckily i didn't hurt it too bad, just alittle sore the next day but i'm doin ok.

that happend to me before doing such a simple trick 50-50ing a small box but oh well shit happens eh :) but i know from experiance it sucks so much ass
