damn bearings

ok friday me and a friend were skateing and he was skating my board and idk wat he went through to **** up my bearings but 4 of them wont spin any more can ne one tell me wat to do.... o and they were sittin in kerosine for an hr today

They might be rusted. That's really one of the only things that will make your bearings completely sieze up.
