FIGHT! at RYE with Mike V.

[FIGHT!]

waz up! heres some pics from Sunday night at Rye. The FIGHT! crew was out in full force, from the old fart pool riders (including me) to the tech saavy Token and Ian. That night was a blast, some great sessions and meeting Mike V. was cool. His ankle is tweaked from surgery so he cant skate too much, but I did get to play him at skate in the hallway, all oldschool tricks, I kept up pretty good too! Hope ya like the pics, there are more to come...

yea, not one of my better skate days! :( but Ian and token are amazine skaters. token does not fall on ramps at all!! really need to get a video of him skating. his style leaves you speachless!! Ian knows no limit to how to shock everybody. with the huge FS flip, to some huge transfers!

nice! wow, i was gonna try to get on fight! but now im skeptical, im gonna still try , my transition skills arent the best, and im more of a "typical" skater, but i think fight! needs one of those, look for my "sponsor me" video in mid-spring, if i make it you'lll probably get a lot of footage out of me, well, ill stop now, thats sweet!

Thats cool man. I ended up spending the day with ed. I was supposed to be with him at like 1-1:30 up at the Lansing park, then he didn't show so I ended up rolling out at 2:30 for some burgers with the homies at mcdonalds and then got back and he had already been there for 30 minutes or something. I ate like 3 mkchikens and a double cheese with a sundae and medium fry with a coke and when I got back I felt like a blimp man. Today ended up being one of those days where I didn't get up on much. The cloudy cold weather with the wind and shit just made me non stoked.

After we chilled there we headed out to some spots and I ended up...I'm not sure what I did, but I think I have to get it checked out. I didn't say much but my ankle was hurting like hell. Last week I did this jam blow out thing on it and I sprained my finger real good and it got swollen and it went away and I was able to skate in the warm weather decent and I landed that six on camera the other day, and today I just ended up landing real hard on my bad ankle and it feels out of place. I'm almost getting a fear of stair skating. Like I didn't fully commit and that's 9 times out of 10 when you fvck up the worst. The run up is tiny too. When I bend it it feels like the tendons or ligaments are torn or something is jammed and not loose and easy moving like it should be. Like the motion of pushing is what I can't do now. I don't have full movement of my ankle and when I circle it around it clicks. So I don't know what's up with that.

So that was the end of my day skating, but not for ed. Ed nollied and front 180ed the back of the eight, that was tight. And then he back boarded, AND back feebled this huge seven stair rail and got it on footage, expect to see that soon dan. Super cool dude dan-lucky to have him on the team. Hopefully he'll come up sometime soon again when it's fulltime summer and we can skate again when I'm completly healed. He told me he's heading out to New Hampshire to film with you-that should be tight man, I'll be stoked to see the footy you get.

Daylights savings time. It's already 11:15.

EDIT: Haha, I for got to mention this. So we pull up to this 2 flat 2 flat 2 in front of a marshall music and eds checking it out and the landings a little sketch so were seeing what we can do, and then one of the guys that works at this marshall music comes out and starts bitching at us to leave, saying that were not allowed to be on our boards in frandor. So we get on them and start rolling back to the back parking lot where we parked, and then hes like "YO WHAT DID I JUST TELL YOU YOUR NOT ALLOWED ON YOUR BOARD HERE ITS PRIVATE PROPERTY" and ed says "thats why were leaving." He follows us to the back and then as were pulling away from the guy he's standing there watching us and ed pulls out the hugest middle finger on the guy and holds it for like 20 seconds while hes on his phone calling either mall security or cops. The funniest park was like the 3 seconds when we were a mere 5 feet away from the guy going right by him and theres this huge middle finger right in his face.
