You no how a variel kickflip spins away from you... and a hardflip is like the exact opposite and spins toward you... Inward Heelflip is like the Hardflip is the opposite of the Variel heelflip i think

no fisheyelenz youre wrong an inward heelflip is a bs shuv it with a heelflip a varial heelflip is a fs shuv it with a heelflip

you were both right, fisheyelenz just made it hard to understand what he meant.
like hullo said, and inward heelflip is a bs shuvit with a heelflip...the reason they're named that is cause you have to slid your foot INside the spin and get it back out so they call it an INward heelflip.

yes anyhow not being nasty but he wanted to know HOW to do them not what they are. I can sometimes do these fakie, there a lot easier than normal. Soo roll along fakie (i take it you can heelflip) and have your feet in the same position as you would do a heelflip and pop the board and kick your foot you flip the board with straight across your body and let the board spin and hopefully youll land it.

make your legs go all crossed up for extra spin, they are really hard to get your foot back and take time...

yeah i land them from time to time you kinda need to heelflip and then bring one foot over and the other stay in place and then land it its messed up so yeah
