try to land with the front foot first.....and when you jump in the air for the flip jump forward so that u land on the nose

and try it up a curb its a lot easier

oh and make sure when your front foot lands......have the back land right after it so that all your weight want go onto the nose and so that it doesnt hit the ground

i know a guy at my park who can do them, and i decided to perfect my kickflip manuals cuz there sorta sketchy

i can do these. like slopinfairy sed they are easier doin them up stuff. wen u do them make sure tht u concentrate on leaning on ya front foot so wen ya land ya should easily nose manual. who wont get them straight away, i didnt , it will tak plenty off practice!

Angel - It's all good...I can't do kickflip nose manuals. I can heelflip and land in a nose manual..but can't hold it, cause I suck :)

Try Frontside shove its into nose manuals...or even crooked grinds! they're really easy...if you work on them a bit.
