No we cant. They are just practice.

ride low to the ground as if you were going to do a huge ollie and then do a sharp turn(you need looser trucks to pull it easy) and as you do it put your hands on the ground and do a big and long revert with your feet. your hands just guid you because the board should be a fair amount of distance from your upper half

ride really low to the ground, bend your knees, stick out your hand, and turn with it, it's really easy
