Well after enjoying the full life of drinking too much, smoking too much and eating too much I have decided to cut back a bit on alcohol, either stop altogether or onlyt smoke at parties and try and lose some weight.

Any tips on how to stick to my plan?

And does anyone know of any good 'work outs' as such?

Skate. Try to get your hands on some patches. Maybe just stop the drink altogether.

I dont really know a good work out but my sister is on the atkins diet and she already lost 10lbs. All you have to do if not eat anything with bread. You dont even have to work out.

But give yourself goals,it worked for me.....
Like say if you drink you can't skateboard or something.
It's all up to you, if you want to stop drinking or something.....You can't
rely on products to help ya... Hope I helped a lil.

i always have found softdrinks better than booze, unless your an alcoholic you should be able to do whatever you want. smokeing may be harder. ive never really got into smokes (if its cigs your refering to) so i cant tell you much. do what you can to get it done.

to lose weight. dont eat for boredom. stick to 3 meals a day, cut back on junk shit. smoking that shits just dumb. try to stop, make it over the 3 day hump. i couldnt give alcohol up all in all. but cut back

Run a mile on the tread a day. About 10 mins of running, and DON'T hold on to the side. I makes you slouch and not work as hard. Set a slight incline on the tread and a speed that you are comfortable with.

For the smoking problem, do anything that can take you mind off it. When ever you have a craving repeat a word in your head many times untill you forget what the hell you are talking about. It may sound weird, but it works.

Only drink at partys, and somtimes don't. Noone will think less of you if you don't get wasted with all your buds, and you don't need booze to have a good time.

All in all, I think I shall be come a guidance councilor.

^^Haha jonny i was thinking the exact same thing after the other night! I think we went a little over the top lol. Although i wouldn't mind gettin wasted tonight! Best not though! We can do it man!

Basically try to be more active. Stay away from the stupid juice and the cancer sticks as much as possible. It might sound crazy to say this, but stay off the computer and do something.

Tyr thinking that if you keep smoking to much in ten years you'll be dying of cancer and be a wheeze-bag,if you keep drinking to much you'll be a mindless alchoholic and all you want is booze and that if you keep eating too much you'll get reall fat not be able to skate andyou'll end up taking a heart attack.

Well i started doing 15 situps/10 pressups (i cant do any more than that to be honest) in the morning, and the same at night.
And skate in the day, i tried not too smoke but couldnt but all i had was a couple if drags on someone else's 'death-stick'. And i havn't drank anything alcoholic in 2 days.

Except for the couple of drags im fine, still wheezing though...

I'm going to be honest, in hopes my mommy won't read this.

I quit. ALLLLLLLLLLONG time ago. I picked up a new habit, cracking my knuckles. Everytime I wanted a cig, I'd crack. And drink water. I did that alot.
