How Do You Jump Backwards!! My Board Lands Kinda Behind Me, Bu I Cant Jump Bakcwards! Its So Hard! How Do You! Its To Hard! If I Try My Hardest To Jump Backwards, I Will Hardly Even Flip It! Please Please Help

Step one: Jump backwards with one foot on the ground.
Step two: Do the same on a skateboard.
I really don't see how it can be so hard.

I used to have this problem with heelflips too. I found that it is much easier to lean backward throughout the trick. By doing this it forces your body to jump backward and therefore you land the heelflip. That how i do them.

skate4life i just learned how to heelf flip today. I suggest trying a heelflip on just a deck if u have an extra cause thats what i did landed it, when outside and landed it on my real board

^^^^^yah, you could do that or just try it one a full skateboard in the grass/ carpet.
