1. your toe isnt hanging off the board much, so maybe try a little more.

2. you stopped moving your foot foreward before it even got to hit the nose.

3. you kicked down.

it looked pretty fine until you started to kick down.

but those are the problems. hang some more toe off (maybe), put your back foot on a little more cause it was like half off the end of the tail, and flick out, not down. 2 and 3 are the main problem.

edit: oh, also, it looks like you tried to get back to the ground way too fast. hover over it (not literally, but let yourself hang when you jump).

and.... do it moving. even slowly, at least be moving.

You aren't flicking at all, you're just putting your front foot down before you should be flicking.

This is gonna sound odd, but scoot your foot up a little more towards the bolts, and don't hang the toe to much, Kick forward and out, not down, and pull that front leg up. Keep on going at it man. Make sure you flick. Also, learn it moving, it will help alot. =)

^^^^^^really?? do you think so???

Skate4life: you need to keep slide you foot up and then kick outwards off the nose, NOT DOWN. Also you need to force your feet to stay sucked up in the air

You need to kick your foot off of the nose, but out a little. your kicking way out, and thats probably your problem.

you need to use all your strength and bring your front foot back over the board after you flick out, thisll feel really really awkward but you gotta commit and just try it. That's how I learned. Oh yea and stop making so many of these threads.

i learned to do a heelflip by conquring a fakie heelflip :-9: i know its odd but its easier to do it fakie cuz u get the back motion on the foot to get the board up iunno just my 2 cents on how i learned but i dont really see anything wrong. just keep tryin try different positions i dont know

flick faster and sooner

Your rushing your foot to the ground, plus you arn't moving. Add alittle speed and concentrate on bringing your foot back as fast as possible and you've got it.
