Ollie help plzz!

im 11....started skating 2 months ago...can manual for a good 5 seconds but my problem is the ...you guessed it...ollie my problem is that when i go to slide my foot up the board..my board either flips over or turns and lands in between my legs...can anyone help?? :-9:

Try to keep your shoulders parallel and your weight balanced in the middle. Also make sure not to let the heel of your front foot hang off the deck too much or you might end up flipping the board.
