Pop Shuv Prob (specific)

:-9: I have read the trick help and that but I still have a problem with pop suving

1>Either I put more shuv into and I lose the pop

2>I put more pop into it and I loose the shuv

3>I put more into both BUT the board will flip over in the air liek it will pop shuv but land upside down and this is really annoying, I have video taped myself and cant find the reason, I was wondering if anyone had the same problem and can help me out, (B.T.W its a F/S im trying here (i think), where u kick ur back foot out and not the one where you scoop it towards ur ass.)

I like putting my front foot farther back then when i do my olllies.It helps you spin it easier + faster.

Ive tried what "wowwhatsthat" has mentioned, it does spin faster but it still flips upside down...
