Hurt My Arm

This doesnt have to do with skateboarding but just sports in general. I hurt my left arm. Now i cant throw football or catch baseball without having my arm im major pain which makes me stop playing. Did this happen to any of you guys?

Well,your gonna get hurt at sometime and even if it hold you back,You'll be okay eventually.

not really. went down a 16 set and broke my ankle. coudnt skate 4 months.
