I'm wondering how to make custom avatars, i already checked every site i can and i can't find anything to help me make one. Can someone give me a site or program i can use to make a custom avatar?
If anyone is thinking " Why is he posting Avatars in Filming and Video Editing?" It's because this does relate to it i don't know where else to put it.

it depends if you want to make a animated one or a motionless one, if you want to make a motionless one you need just paint...animated..dl paint shop pro trial it comes with animations shop and you can make them there...or ask one of the people with good av's to help you

Actually, your both wrong. It belongs in the Photography/Graphics section. Anyways, as Flipboy said, buy/download trail version of PSP or Animation Shop and use one of those to create a custom avatar.

for my old avantar i just looked around on worldindustries website (cause of my username,iamflmeboy), got a pic from the webpage and then used paint

Act. try animagic32.
Its VERY small file program and is VERY easy to use, just import ya pictures u want anitmated into it and then chose and effect maybe save it and taadaa its done

can you get animagic32 of kazaa cause has it been mentioned in the thread 'sk8toons' or summit and i was wondering how you got it?
