The 9D Diesese.
Introduction.
Hello there. My name is Dr. Skate-C. I wrote this articile because it is a true skateboarding diesese that seriously screws up your whole skateboarding career. If you want to avoid it, or learn how to cure yourself, or to even learn what the hell the diesese is, I'd suggest your read this.
What is the 9D Diesese?
Ok, the 9D diesese is a very, very, horrible thing to have. It first starts to effect your ollies, and then, all your flip tricks. It basically just automatically forces you to do a ninety degree turn, everytime you ollie / any flip tricks.
How do I know if I have it?
Here are the things that happen to you once you have the diesese:
- While clearing stairs, you find it extremly difficult to land perfect straight, this making you do a 90 degree turn.
-Same thing happens to you and gaps.
- When ollieing off a curb, you automatically do a 90.
- Though, the diesese does not show when ollieing up curbs.
BUT.
When your are doing a statioary ollie (not moving) and you do a 90 automatically, YOU HAVE THE WORST CASE OF THE 9D DIESESE.
How can I cure myself
Simple: Get some free time, and for 20 minutes, no more, no less, practice your ollies. NON STOP. Also, do em stationary. It helps. Do this for like a month.
Fun Facts
- 70% of the people who have 9D skate mongo*.
- 90% of the people who have it, skate the Regular stance.
- The diesese was founded by Dr. Skate-C himself.
- It took the doctor 1 month to cure himself.
Thank you for reading my articile. If you have any questions, please PM me.
Oh, and please, sticky.
(*defention of mongo: pedaling with your front foot/flipping foot. a very bad thing. should be taken seriously.)
