There is this mini-ramp at my local skatepark I started riding few days ago, I'm able to drop in but when I go up the other side my wheel hits the coping or I do a rock but cannot stay balanced. What should I do??

1. Get bigger wheels
2. How can't you stay balanced when doing a rock?

for the coping problem, either swing around to axle stall or try to air it... ollie or something to keep your speed. boneless gets you alot of air and speed.... try that. you dont need new wheels. all you gatta do is pick up the nose a bit....

for the rock, make sure you have enough speed. get more than you think you need and lean forward more. be right above the coping or just behind it if your stalling it. you only lean back to drop back in. and when you do that, make sure you pick up the nose again.

Well if you are new to mini ramps i would not try to air out of them. As for rock to fakies or rock and rolls, you need to get enough speed so that when you rest your board on the coping, your wheels are not touching it. Then for rock to fakies, you must push back on your tail and lift up your nose and put it back down once you are past the coping. If you do not do this you will catch your front truck and come back in on your hip. For rock and rolls do the same thing except kickturn your board off the coping and come back in. Very little chance of catching your truck doing rock and rolls.
